    Just like CPR equips you for physical emergencies, Mental Health First Aid training empowers you to be a hero for mental health challenges. This program teaches you to recognize signs of mental health issues and provides the skills to offer support to those in need, making a real difference in the lives of friends, family, and your community.

    This training is beneficial for anyone wanting to enhance their mental health support and awareness skills.
