The Working Minds is a proactive approach to mental health in the workplace. It focuses on prevention and early intervention, making it ideal for employees, managers, and human resources personnel.

Just like CPR equips you for physical emergencies, Mental Health First Aid training empowers you to be a hero for mental health challenges. This program teaches you to recognize signs of mental health issues and provides the skills to offer support to those in need, making a real difference in the lives of friends, family, and your community.

La formation L’esprit au travail (EAT) fournit des connaissances et des aptitudes pratiques pour aborder la question de la santé mentale et réduire la stigmatisation en milieu de travail. Les cours de l’EAT sont conçus pour les employés ainsi que pour les gestionnaires, les superviseurs et les chefs d’équipe qui gèrent et soutiennent les équipes.
