Proactive Training: The Working Mind promotes a proactive and preventative approach to mental health. It equips participants with the knowledge, skills, and tools to recognize early signs of mental health decline in themselves and others. This empowers them to take the necessary steps to maintain a healthy mental state and to seek professional help when needed.

The Working Mind (TWM) is an accredited, certification program developed by the Mental Health Commission of Canada. Its primary goal is to promote mental health literacy and reduce the stigma surrounding mental illness in the workplace.
It teaches early recognition of mental health changes, practical coping strategies ("Big Four"), and how to support colleagues and find resources. TWM also builds communication skills for open mental health discussions.

The Working Mind offers a participant-centered learning experience through interactive, facilitator-led training. Expect engaging group discussions, self-reflections and practical application of concepts via scenario-based activities and role-playing.
Our interactive online mental health training aims to create a comfortable and supportive space for building your skills.

While The Working Mind involve discussions and scenario-based learning, you will not be expected or pressured to share your personal experiences with mental health challenges. However, some participants may choose to share voluntarily if they feel comfortable doing so. The training environment aims to be respectful and supportive of everyone's comfort levels regarding personal disclosure about mental health.

If you feel uncomfortable during any part of our training, it's important to communicate this to the facilitator. Certified facilitators are trained to create a safe and supportive learning environment and can offer support or adjust activities as needed. You are always in control of the level of your participation, and it's okay to take breaks or step back if you feel overwhelmed. The goal of the mental health training is to empower you, not to cause distress.

Yes, The Working Mind can be tailored for specific industries and sectors. While publicly available iMindify courses are generally not industry-specific, customized programs are available for private group bookings upon request.
