The Working Minds program accredited by the Mental Health Commission of Canada (MHCC) is designed to foster a more supportive and inclusive workplace by promoting mental health and reducing stigma. It provides training for both employees and managers, focusing on practical knowledge and skills to address mental health challenges.

The lessons are based on practical scenarios, videos of testimonies from people who have lived with mental illness and reference guides and practical sheets.
Training Terms :
The training is available in person or virtually in French and English
A minimum of 8 participants and a maximum of 15 in virtual mode.
A minimum of 8 participants and a maximum of 20 in face-to-face mode.
EAT Training for Employees (4.5 hours in person or 5 hours virtually)
