    I cannot speak for my team, but I can speak about the value of this training as a manager for a community centre. This was not my first time taking Mental Health First Aid, but was my first time taking this training virtually. I did have my hesitations "would this be as impactful? Would conversations have the same meaning? Will staff get valuable skills through this type of learning?". What I can say as someone who has experience in person two day training, and the one day virtual is that Rachel understands time commitments when it comes to organizing a team for training, she understands there may be possible hiccups during individual learning during module 1 or access to their accounts. Rachel was there to support me as a manager trying to organize this for my team, and was there to support my team individually when they had troubles with module 1. The virtual training was set up to enable meaningful conversations, break out sessions, and time to take a break after discussing topics that may be triggering to some. Rachel's energy that she bring to the training creates a comfortable and engaging environment. As someone who learns through situational thinking, having Rachel as a facilitator who has experience in the field helping people during mental health crisis', hearing about her approaches during real world situations that connect what we learn to reality, really helps build the confidence and competence after the training.
