    • Applying ALGEES to scenarios - substance use problems, depression and anxiety.

    • Preparing for challenges and resistance

    • Understanding the causes of challenges and resistance

    • Difference between a crisis and an emergency

    • Safety planning for crisis and emergency

    • Self-stigma and self-care

  • Reactive Training

    Provides the skills needed to recognize mental health distress and deliver immediate aid until professional help arrives.
